OFFERINGS

I offer Somatic Therapy and Coaching based on Somatic Experiencing ® model and twenty five years of experience in holistic bodywork, multidiscipinary healing practices and my continuous studies in holistic health.

Our work together is always tailored to your individual needs, based on your unique medical history, trauma history, background, as well as your goals, desires and intentions.

 

In our sessions we might use gentle movement, sound and SE Touch.

SE Touch is not a massage. It might resemble cranial sacral work and it is a modality in itself.

SE Touch can be experienced in seated or standing position,  laying on a  massage table fully clothed in comfortable attire. 

Somatic Experiencing ®, SE is NOT a traditional talk therapy even though some parts of session may resemble it. SE is a "bottom up" approach vs " top down" in traditional talk therapy.. Working through the body ( sensations, implicit movements, images, observing the breath and the heart rate) we access the mind.

As a multidisciplinary healer I will integrate my knowledge, experience and tools from all the healing modalities that I know such as holistic bodywork, shamanic and intuitive healing.

  • big T trauma and little T trauma ( as one of my teachers put it- there's no such thing as trauma lite).

  • accidents, assault.

  • intergenerational trauma.

  • support for spiritual growth.

  • all are welcome and appreciated.

What to Expect:

Your first visit includes us getting to know each other, together going through the intake process, and the treatment.

  • The first visit takes 2 hours. (In person, Midtown office) Price $200

  • Subsequent visits are 90 min long. (In person, Midtown office) Price $180

  • I offer package pricing for subsequent sessions.

  • I offer a FREE 20 minute consultation, phone or zoom.

 

 

In addition to in person I work online via zoom or any other platform of your prefference.  I work in all continental USA and I also accept clients worldwide.

My online pricing depends on your location.

 

  

A few times each year I conduct case studies and they are a suggested donation.

These sessions are reserved for low income, marginalized population that otherwise would not have access to SE.

Sometimes the case studies have a condition that I am researching at the time and in that case it will be announced via email.
